  • I primarily support women entrepreneurs in the online space — including coaches, creatives, service providers, and wellness professionals like naturopaths and estheticians. If you’re running a purpose-driven business and need help behind the scenes, I’d love to talk.

  • Both! You can book à la carte services for specific projects or tasks, or bring me on for ongoing support. I’ll help you determine what makes the most sense based on your goals and workload.

  • If you need help getting tasks off your plate — like content creation, inbox management, or scheduling — a VA is likely a good fit. If you're also looking for someone to help you manage projects, oversee team members, or improve your systems and operations, then OBM-level support might be right for you. I can provide both!

  • I’m fluent in a wide range of tools like Canva, Slack, Google Workspace, ActiveCampaign, Circle, Teams, Airtable, Acuity, and more. If you're using a platform I’m unfamiliar with, I’m always willing to learn quickly.

  • Once we decide we’re a good fit, you’ll receive a contract and onboarding questionnaire. I’ll also walk you through how we’ll communicate, track tasks, and share files so we can hit the ground running.
